   履带张紧装臵由油缸、张紧横梁和张紧弹簧组成。张紧的方法是：用高压油枪将钙基润滑脂从注油嘴注入油缸，推动活塞，再通过张紧横梁推动从动轮移动实现履带张紧。当需要松弛时，缓慢逆时针方向旋转注油阀使之松开，润滑脂将从排油口排出。 注意：如果左右两侧履带下垂量不同，履带行走时会跑偏。
